Prof.-Paul-BakiThe School of Pure and Applied Sciences is home to the following academic departments:Department o Biochemistry and Biotechnology (DBB), Department of Biological Sciences and Technology (DBST), Department of Chemical Sciences and Technology (DCST), Department of Earth, Environmental Science and Technology (DEEST), Department of Food Science and Technology (DFST) and Department of Technical and Applied Physics (DTAP). These Departments offer diverse Certificate, Diploma and Bachelors, Masters and PhD Degree Programmes that are tailored to producing hands-on graduates that not only seek employment but also create them. All programmes have been developed with the input of stakeholders and have an element of Industrial attachment which exposes the learners to industrial work environment
